I'm Ashley.

I'm a writer, workshop facilitator, and certified holistic mind-body coach. My life has been shaped in the in-between — the space between the faith I was handed and the faith I'm still learning to trust. I lived deeply inside religion, and then I learned how to leave it without losing reverence.

I'm a Cuban-Colombian, non-binary writer, raised in Miami by immigrant parents — a former full-time missionary and seminary student who left with more questions than answers. I spent years living in the extremes. Now, I write from The In-Between.

My work lives at the intersection of faith deconstruction, non-binary spirituality, and emotional healing — spirituality beyond dogma, faith without fear, integration instead of erasure.

I'm not here to tell you what to believe. I’m here to hold space for the slow, honest work of return.
