I'm Ashley.
I'm a writer, workshop facilitator, and certified holistic mind-body coach. My life has been shaped in the in-between — the space between the faith I was handed and the faith I'm still learning to trust. I lived deeply inside religion, and then I learned how to leave it without losing reverence.
I'm Cuban-Colombian, queer, first-generation, a former full-time missionary, and a seminary student who left with more questions than answers. I lived in the extremes for a long time. Now, I choose the gray.
My work lives at the intersection of faith deconstruction, queer spirituality, and emotional healing — spirituality beyond dogma, faith without fear, integration instead of erasure.
I'm not here to tell you what to believe. I'm here to hold space, alongside my wife, for the slow, honest work of return.
